Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1957 Description
1957 Chevy BelAir 4dr Sedan Survivor. Original 283 with Powerglide Transmission. Runs and drives. New gas tank, ending unit, uel pump. New brakes. New battery tray. Tires are ok. They have good tread but have some weathering on them. All the main lights are working except for the backup lights and rear license plate light. It has the original Guide T3 headlamps in it. The speedometer and all the gauges work. Dome light still works with the door switches. And I even had the original pushbutton radio working the other day. The odometer reads 22432 miles but I cannot verify that for certain. It is a very solid car for it's age. I could not find any rust through in the floors. A bit of light pitting in a couple places but I don't see anything through. The rockers and quarters are very solid. The rear door lower pocket areas are solid. The only issue with rust is a little bit starting in both of the lower front fender corners, he rear bumper corners, nd a little in the common area below the trunklid behind the rear bumper. The paint is mostly all original but the Sierra Gold has been touched up in a couple of spots years ago. All the glass is decent, ut the original LOF windshield does have a couple chips. The dash is pretty nice, ut the rest of the interior could use some help. All of the doors, oor locks, nd windows have been gone through and work like new. The heating system is bypassed right now. And the vacuum windshield wipers are not currently working. It will also comes with a set of original hubcaps that aren't shown in the pictures. I guess I don't know what else to say. I'd love to keep the car but it's time for someone else to enjoy it. It's getting hard to find them in this condition. If you have any questions let me know. Selling as is. Thank you!
