Chevrolet Nova 1968 Description
This car may be a re-creation of a Yenko Deuce built by the factory, ut it sure is a Yenko built by hand. This Nova was restored as an amazing Yenko Deuce Super Car. As a tribute to the Duke, his 1968 Nova Coupe now has striking qualities outside, nside, nd under the hood. All of which will draw people in to take a closer look. Why spend $300k+ on a true Yenko (like at the Mecum auction this year for $380k) when you can get the same power, tyle, nd looks for much less? Whether people see it first, r hear it, his amazing build turns heads! As with all Yenko's this car's exterior has the signature "Yenko SC" stripes going down the side, long with the Yenko insignia on each front quarter panel. It has the correct Yenko design up top with two stripes extending to the base of the hood. All exterior lights are fully functional, here is no cosmetic damage or rust, nd has near-perfect paint. This car is clean as a whistle and ready to be driven, ust like it rolled off the showroom floor.
This Nova now is equipped with much better quality, nd more stylish black vinyl interior with easy-to-clean correct black rubber floors to match. There's no need for a console when there's a comfortable, nd correct, ench seat (with seatbelts), nd a four-on-the-floor Muncie stick shift. The backseat is also the same black vinyl, nd is also equipped with seatbelts. As for the dash it has all working gauges and an original AM radio.Of course the outside re-creates a Yenko Deuce, he inside feels Yenko, ut does it drive like a Yenko? Does an original period LT-1answer the question? Along with this iconicpowerful engine this car contains one of the best transmissions ever manufactured, he Muncie M21 with a rear gear ratio of 4.10 Posi. But with all that driving power, ou'll need good stopping power as well. This Nova is outfitted with bias ply tires, nd front power disc brakes. This Nova only has 20 miles on it since it was restored. Through and through this is a perfect tribute, nd it would be a great fit for anyone who wants some real American muscle.
Cars done as nicely as this, ith great colors, reat history, nd a really great drive train don't last long. Especially at this price. Don't miss out on something that is as awesome as an original, ut at a quarter of the price! Call John. 908-489-4200
