Chevrolet Nova 19650000 Description
Up for sale is a super nice California rust free 1965 Chevy Nova super sport. It was built as a daily driver that could be taken to the track and run for fun.
Body- original 1965 Super Sport. Clean and mostly original. 2 small pieces of trim missing. No rust. Nice 2 stage Saffire blue paint (about 5 years old) always garaged. Battery mounted in trunk with shut off switch.
Interior- original black super sport interior with bucket seats and replacement black carpet. Rear package tray is a little bit weathered. Headliner and door panels in nice condition. Has factory gauges plus Autometer sport comp tach and gauges. Factory center console and shifter (has 3 holes drilled in console) Factory steering wheel Custom Autosound am/fm/cassete radio and Pioneer speakers.
Engine- GM Performance fast burn 385 crate motor. 4 bolt main aluminum fast burn heads upgraded LT-6 "hot cam" 1.6 roller rockers Holley 750 carb MSD distributor aluminum intake coated headers flowmaster dual exhaust double roller timing chain 7qt oil pan 100 amp alternator billet valve covers. Be Cool aluminum radiator with elec fan.
Trans- 2 speed powerglide built by Golden Gate transmission with external cooler manual valve body and 3000 stall B&M converter. Line loc and trans brake.
Suspension- welded subframe connectors Cal Tracs 10 Bolt rearend with all parts replaced: axles seals bearings posi unit 3.73 gears girdle cover. CPP replacement lower control arms. All front bushing ball joints etc replaced 3 years ago
Wheels- Weld Racing wheels with Hoosier 275-50-15 Quick Time Pro's and BFG radial ta's in front.
This is a real nice driver car that you can take to the track and run mid 12's all day and drive it home. It is not perfect but it is super nice for its age and it has a ton of great stuff on it.
