You are bidding on a SUPER-LOW-MILE, -OWNER 1988 Chevy Cheyenne 3500 1-ton 2wd pickup truck. This ALL-ORIGINAL, 6,747 original mile truck is rust free from top to bottom. EVERYTHING WORKS! She runs great with a 350ci engine, utomatic transmission, S, B, ILT. cruise and WORKING AIR CONDITIONING! The body is super straight and just had a new paint job a month ago. Beautiful interior with all dash gauges and controls in factory working condition. It was mainly used as a hay hauler on a large farm and had limited street use, hich is why it’s in such nice shape. It runs and drives “Like New”. Drive this one home!

The Body is ALL GM Steel it was born with! It was purchased new and used on a farm all its life. Though it spent a great deal of time as a work truck it’s in GREAT CONDITION! No major dings or dents! The original factory paint had the clear coat peeling issues from age and lots of scratches and scrapes from years of use and was just repainted 12/20/2015 dark blue metallic. The paint job is very good not a show car paint job but very nice. No runs or sags and has a nice deep wet look as seen in the tailgate picture. Again, his truck is rust free! Door rockers, ab corners and cab supports are beautiful and solid! The 8’ bed is also solid, o rusted or repaired wheel lips like many this year. Tail lights and front turn signal light housings have been replaced with new ones due to fading from UV. Some of the factory black coatings used to black out around the mirrors and wiper arms are weathered and faded a bit. The outer weatherstrippings are original pieces and are in mostly good condition with some weathering and age issues on a few areas. Windshield, oor glass and rear sliding window glass are all good.

The chrome and brite work pieces are in nice shiny condition with no pitting. Bumpers are really straight and shiny, ven the front black impact strips and rear covering are in great condition too!

The Interior is ALL original and in exceptional condition for it’s age. Dash pad, loth seats and door panels look like new! Really no wear on the interior. Floor mat is in good shape. All the dash gauges, ights, adio and HVAC controls ALL WORK! The steering wheel is in good condition too. Headliner is coming loose around the edges - a common problem for these trucks. All the windows, oors, ocks, ood and tailgate operate as they should.

The Drivetrain components are the original units it was born with. The engine is a 350ci V8 and it runs beautifully! No smoke or noises and doesn’t even leak! Most of the engine components are original except for what might appear to have been changed (wiper motor, oses, lternator). The engine compartment was dusty from hay and dirt and was just steam cleaned and now it looks close to new again. The 3-speed automatic transmission operates like it should. No slipping or leaks. She runs great, hifts fine, teers where you want her and has good brakes!

The Undercarriage is in super-clean original condition! This truck was very dusty from hay and dirt which protected the body and undercarriage from rust. The floor pans and frame are original and in GREAT condition! The bed, ab corners, ockers and cab supports are rock solid original pieces! It’s just a clean truck! The exhaust system looks original. Tires look newer with lots of tread! Pictures show one of the center caps missing. One has been ordered and will go with the vehicle so it will be a complete set. It’s never had a plow or hitch installed. Does have a trailer wiring connector under bumper.
