Chevrolet Blazer 1972 Description
BEAUTIFUL, EADOW GREEN 1972 K5 2WD BLAZERROADSTER WITH BLACK INTERIOR AND CHROME 22" CUSTOM IROC WHEELS!
Beautiful, ne of a kind two wheel drive Blazer in high gloss Chevrolet OEM #518 meadow green paint with lots of character. This is a custom builtBlazer with a big block 454 cid engine and turbo 400 automatic transmission. Most of these Blazers have a small block. This truck was professionally restored in 2008. My plan was to build a nice, ro-touring style cruiser with lots of power that I could cruise anywhere and attend the weekend car shows. I live in northern Idaho where towns are spread nearly twenty miles apart. Scenic rural highways connect these towns and therefore I needed to build a solid truck to cruise in. This truck is very dependable, andles excellent and I would drive it anywhere!
I have a lot invested in this truck and I am in no hurry to sell. I grew up surfing in northern California and that was my theme for this surf roadster with GMC/Jimmy badges. This Blazer is perfect for beach, ural or urban cruising. My hope is that this truck will go to somebody who appreciates a well built piece of Americana. If you’ve done your research, ou know how valuable these 2WD Blazers are!

Imperfections:
· Since this was a 2008 restoration, here are little imperfections, uch as chips in the paint from normal driving. There is a minor low spot in the center of the hood. As far as the gauges go, he gas gauge functions properly and I have an aftermarket gauge from Summit to monitor water temperature. I do not have the charging system gauge, il pressure gauge and horn is not hooked up at the present.
In summary, his is a killer, ro-touring ride and these Blazers/Jimmy’s are perfect for cruising year round. The top is fairly light and can be removed or installed rather easily. I have owned this Blazer for 10 years now and it has done well in our local car shows.I have had absolutely no problems with it. I am selling in order to make room to finish my ’72 Cuda project.
