Chevrolet Impala 1965 Description
Up for sale is a 1965 Impala SS project car. The car has a 350 ci engine in it that I believe is a 1977 Chevrolet engine based on the date code on one of the heads. I do not know if the engine was ever rebuilt, it was most likely pulled out of another car and installed. I have not started it or driven it in 2 to 3 years but it ran fine at that time. The car has an automatic transmission which I believe is a TH 350. I believe all of the trim is present although not on the car as the previous owner had started a restoration but did not finish. The car originally had AC and PS. A partial trunk pan will be needed as the pan has some rust through in spots. The floor pans look fine from underneath the car but I have not been able to put it on a lift. There may be rust that I am not aware of.The car is missing parts. It has had some rust repair on the passenger side lower rear quarter panel and the driver side lower rear quarter panel. The passenger side door shows some damage around the key hole that can be easily repaired. The front bucket seats and the rear seat are in the car. The pictures show the center console and all of the trim that is present. Not shown in the pics is the lower front valence which is not installed but will come with the car. The car has rallye wheels, 8 inch rear and 7 inch front. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. You are welcome to inspect the car.
I have a Title from the previous owner who did not transfer the Title to his name from the seller. So it is not an open Title. I will provide this along with a Bill of Sale.
The buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. The sale is final and no returns are accepted. $500 is due within three days of the sale and the total amount is due by cashiers check or cash in person within seven days of the auction close.
