Chevrolet El Camino 1980 Description

Ok,,it's actually a GMC Caballero, ut these are apparently unusual enough that eBay didn't have it as a choice. I know I forgot about them myself! 1980 GMC Caballero. Incredible condition with factory 4 speed manual transmission. I was unable to find any production figures regarding how unusual the 4 speed is, M Customer Relations letter only shows 4703 total Caballeros, ut was unable to elaborate on the "MM4020 4 spd man trans" production. I know that I've never seen another. If any experts out there would care to chime in on this I'll post it in the Q & A section, hanks! Was purchased new at Ernie Miller Pontiac GMC in Tulsa Oklahoma, s best I can tell, he second owner acquired it in 2008, lso in Tulsa, nd installed a crate 350, ew clutch, ressure plate, onverted air conditioning system to 134 with new compressor and components, ll new suspension parts, ushings etc, ncredible paint job, resh interior, ll new weather stripping, elts, erfect sprayed in bed liner. Dual exhaust, isc brakes, delbrock 4 barrelcarburetorand intake. It was garaged and driven sparingly. Has no rust. Odometer reads 72k, an't document this as correct, ut having driven the car, have no doubt as to its accuracy. It is unfortunately too old for a Carfax report. It is the tightest driving 70-80s GM car I've ever driven...no rattles, himmies, queaks of any kind- stops straight, hifts perfectly, doesn't pull.Exhaust sounds just right. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Has chrome 16" IROC wheels on it, he original 15s are included. I added the "Diablo" graphics fromPhoenix Graphics because I think it looks cool as %^&#, ut they can easily be removed, here is no mention of the Diablo trim package on the original build sheet. I'm curious to let the auction play out, o I won't quote a "buy it now" price. This is a 7 day auction so it will end Saturday, ug the 8th. If you have any questions, lease feel free to call me (214)770-0437. I'm centrally located in Dallas TX, nd can pick you up at DFW airport (American's Hub) or Love Field (preferred, outhwest Hub)
