1965 Chevy C10 Pro Street, Shop Truck

Chevrolet C-10 1965 Description

Here is my 65 C10 Pro Street. This truck gets more attention than any vehicle I've ever owned. If I could find a way to charge for pictures at the shows I'd be rich.
Paint is House of Colors Royal Blue with a Teal Fade in the rear. The underside and chassis is painted in same colors. The body is laser straight with no issues. All new glass was installed when built.
Interior is basic with carpet (velcro for easy removal) head liner and custom door panels. Has new Simpson 5 point harness. All the usual gauges and quick release steering wheel.
Engine is a 1969 512 code 427. These engines sell for $5K - $7K all day long. Great oil pressure, o smoke, o leaks, o funny noises. New 750 double pumper, SD, ustom built headers. Aluminum radiator with electric fan keeps the temperature at 180 in traffic on the hottest Florida days. Turbo 350 works perfectly. I don't know what the converter is.
Dana 60 with 4:63 gears. Coil overs were sent to the factory to have shocks rebuilt and new springs. Adjustable 4 link. Wheelie bars (not pictured) and working parachute.
Pro built custom chassis with Tubular A arms, ack and pinion steering (New) and Wilwood 4 Wheel disc brakes. Centerline rims with new tires up front. 10 gallon fuel cell with electric pump.
I drive this truck 5-6 times a year to local shows and cruise ins. The rear wing is removable with 4 pins. I prefer driving it without the wing, ut if you put a race motor in and hit the track you'll want it there.
