Chevrolet Corvette 1975 Description
Hello C3 Corvette lovers,Up for bid is my 1975 C3 Corvette Stingray. The car is original and all numbers are matching. The car has is equipped with a 4 speed transmission, ower windows, ir conditioning and map light on the rear view mirror. The car has 63,004 original miles. I purchased the car from and elderly man who owned it since 1980. It was stored in his garage since but eventually needed the space and parked it in his driveway where it sat for four years. The good thing is that he ran it from time to time. The tires are in very good shape, would say 85% tread life left. The car exterior is Orange Flame combined with a Med Saddle Interior. The car does run but will need new brake calipers and master cylinder before driving ( NO BRAKES). The clutch works good as well. The front and rear bumpers were taken off due to dry rotting. I do have a brand new rear bumper replacement and a used front bumper that goes with the sale (see pics) The car will need a full paint job and some minor fiberglass work due to some cracking and chipping in specific areas (nothing terrible). The pass side front corner (nose) will need some fiberglass work because the mounting tab chipped off when I took the old bumper off (see pics). The front bumper assembly I took off and refinished and ready for chassis black paint which I haven't gotten around to doing. The interior is pretty decent shape and is all there,,,, not perfect),,, ut the carpet will need to be changed at the bare minimum. The driver seat has some rips in it as shown in photos. The frame and floors are solid. There's mainly all surface rust underneath which I planned on grinding down and refinishing. The windshield pillars are solid. If your looking for a show car, his Vette has lots of potential. But it can also be a daily driver as you fix her up,, our choice. I tried my best to capture the true condition of this car in my photos but if you need additional photos please by all means send me a note. I'll do my best to help. I truly hate to sell this car, ut due to relocation, wont have a place to store the car or I would not even consider selling it. I do hope it makes it to a good home. Winning bidder must pay $1000 deposit within 24hrs and is "non refundable".“The car is being sold "AS IS" & "WHERE IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. If you have any concerns then I highly suggest you come in person to see the car before you bid. Please refrain from bidding if you don't plan on paying. If you bid, ou buy it. I have a fair reserve price and basically covers all of my expenses that I all ready have into the car. Please don't ask what the reserve is,,,I want every bidder to have a fair shot at this very cool collectible classic car!! I have a clean & clear open NJ title. Thank you for looking and Good luck!! Tommy
