1988 Monte Carlo SS with 8k original miles

Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1988 Description

I'm selling my 1988 Monte Carlo SS with 8k miles on it. It's all original aside from the oil filter and battery. The last time it was registered was back in 2000 but has been started and moved regularly. It's a 1-owner car with every scrap of original paperwork since new. It was purchased in January of 1988 from Reedman Chevrolet in Langhorne, A. It's fully loaded except for t-tops. There is absolutely NO rust anywhere and the interior still smells new. The car is black with burgundy bucket seat interior. The original floor mats are in the trunk and have never been stepped on. The spare & jack have never been removed. It runs and drives like new and everything works as it should except for the AC which needs to be charged. It doesn't smoke or leak any fluids. The tires hold air and run down the road fine but I would replace them due to age. The car has the original lacquer paint job which has the usual checking and blemishes you would expect for a 28 year old car that has been stored outdoors. As you can see from the photos, t is presentable as-is but most people would choose to repaint it. The driver & passenger window felts are brittle but intact. All the other weatherstripping is still soft and in excellent shape. The dash pad has two small cracks on top which is common for these cars. I have a copy of the carfax report which shows the mileage to be accurate. I have a clean NYS title in hand. The car is being sold as-is. No trades.
