56 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Post
Fully rebuilt engine and transmission. Transmission has a ratchet shifter and shift kit.Almost every aspect of this car has been reconditioned or rebuilt. The interior is custom with new hood lining, luxury period carpetand velour reupholstered seats and door panels.All windows have new felt channels and scrapers, new rubber seals fitted throughout the whole car.All serviceable suspension and brake parts have been replaced.Any reproduction parts fitted have all been sourced from Danchuk.
I purchased this car 14 years ago from a person in California who had owned it for 35 years, he originally purchased it to drive to Junior High.It was shipped back to New Zealand and over the next 10 years it was rebuilt by myself and various tradespeopleIt had 98,000 original miles on it when I purchased it and has done less than 5,000 miles since then.
The car is currently registered and roadworthy.
