Texas Classic Cars Of Dallas is proud to showcase this very nicely restored 1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.Offered here is a 1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Roadster. In 1974, Chevrolet made 37,502 Corvettes. Of those, only 5,474 were Convertibles. Featured in a very classy combination of gorgeous black paint and red interior there is no better way to present a Corvette. Having had a recent restoration, this car is practically new inside and out. Starting with the exterior this Corvette shows off its coke bottle design and nice lines with its paint and clean chrome accents, all body gaps show to be as even as can coming from a high quality restoration job. Giving it its classic stance are the original Corvette wheels with nice beauty rings sporting like new Bf Goodrich tires that handles curves exceptionally well.
Open up the hood and you'll find a clean and detailed engine compartment presenting a built Cotton Racing Engines 350ci 383 Stroker, with a custom rebuilt Quadro Jet. The383 is mated to a smooth Tremec 5-Speed manual transmission that boosts the fun level up and lets you drive this car to its full potential. The interior has been completely reupholstered and it look like it just came out of the dealership in 1974 if not better, the entertainment center has been upgraded and now features much better sound that comes from a custom speaker box, amp and a JVC HD radio that ready to play your favorite tunes for your drives. Put the top up on rainy or too hot weather and be refreshed by the cool aftermarket a/c system, this car is ready to show and driv, a very good addition to your collection and a head turner. Don't hesitate to call for more information or to schedule a test drive, you will not be disappointed.
There is a professionally installed a/c unit which blows cold.
The 383 stroker has only logged 1283 miles since the build.
You will see by the data tag, that the car was originally Mili Milaga red.
