Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1963 Description

Up for auction is a 1963 Chevy Belair 2dr Sedan. I will describe car as accurately as possible. You are encouraged to see the car in person. I will send as many pics as you would like. From my phone to yours.

BODY : Car is very straight. I don't believe it has ever been in accident, all panels are original. Mother nature has given it all the original patina it could handle. There are a couple of spots on the quarters which are soft and one on one of the front fenders. The hood has a dime size spot which is a small hole, more like something popped through. The trunk raingutter is pretty much gone, I have one from an original car to repair. The trunk lid itself is solid on the outside but the underside panel is rusted through pretty much following the gutter. Floors were replaced by previous owner, decent job. Floor has been lined with fat mat to quiet interior and reduce heat. There is no headliner but I have the bows. I have the two door panels but they are shot steel door rails may be usable as well as rear compartment rails, but they are heavily pitted. I had new windshield installed as well as rear window taken out and reinstalled. Glass guy sucke, rear window still leaks. Trunk floor is soft and has a couple holes.

DRIVETRAIN : 2001 5.7 LS1 and 4L60E were installed. The ecm was reflashed by local shop and the oem wiring harness was reworked. ECM is mounted under dash.Motor has about 85,000 miles and trans. was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. Weak parts in trans were upgraded and a shift kit was added. Chrome shorty headers and $800 exhaust system dumping behind the rear wheels were alsoadded. Two piece driveline was built. Rear has had oil flushed and replaced, pinion seal replaced.

SUSPENSION : Front end components were all replaced. New a-arm bushings, new ball joints, new 605 quick ratio steering box, new cpp 13 inch big disc brake kit, new shocks on all for corners, new air bags on all four corners. The air ride kit by airmaxxx has tan, dual compressors and I upgraded the valves to an accuair manifold. Rear brakes were rebuilt by previous owner. Wheels are new Boss 338's 18 x 8 and 20 x 10 and new tires.

INTERIOR : Front seat was from another car, no rips or tears but could be recovered. There is no rear seat. I have original door panels which are shot, the rear seat area panels are gone. I have the steel rails for them but they are heavily pitted. There is no headliner but I do have the bows. I have most of the steel pieces which go around all the glass. I have a new carpet kit not installed. There is no radio and no heater.

MISC.: The car has a new aluminum radiator notched for the upgraded steering box. I have most receipts. Ive tried to describe the car the best I could. Like stated earlier I will send more pics if you ask.

at auction end I will accept $500 deposit through paypal. Balance to be paid within7 days by cash, cashier check or wire transfer. The title and car will be released after all funds have cleared. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Winning bid is a binding contract to purchase. I will help transporter anyway possible if you choose to ship.
