I purchased the car through a friend and the prior owner had it a little over 26 years in South Georgia. It gets tons of attention everywhere it goes. The car has been taken very good care of the car, if it needed anything it got it.
Go look at other cars then come look at this one in person if you can, you won't be disappointed!
It does have a few new Parts:
New cadium plated brake booster
New master cylinder
New Goodyear Polyglass Tires F70-14
New AC Delco battery
Newer gas tank
Newer exhausts – factory OEM style with a cross over muffler
The seats appear to have been recovered at some time and I believe the headliner is newer as well.
Condition
Overall the car is extremely nice, especially given that it is a 47 year old car. As far as we can tell it has only had one re paint and all of the metal IS ORIGINAL. Very clean car overall but I would not call it a show car, at least not to win trophy’s with. It’s more of a survivor style car, not really a full restoration. The underside has a new gas tank and fairly new exhausts, but it’s not a cleaned and detailed underside.
The engine is a later model GM replacement engine, It starts up quick, doesn’t smoke, good oil pressure. Quadrajet choke works. Has a nice rumble. It’s NOT loud. It’s NOT fast. It’s more of a cruiser type car.
Most of everything works on the car. The air is all there and blows cold but not cold enough to keep you cool in 90 plus degrees. Its old school air.
The hidden headlights work. Back up lights, glove box light, all side marker lights, horns, radio all work.
Here are the “picks” I have.
The interior is very very nice. Only slight drivers seat spring wear. The passenger seat looks like no one has ever ridden in the car. It has an aftermarket old school Clarion AM FM Cassette and aftermarket Sony speakers behind the rear seat.
The Goodyear F70-14 Polyglass tires are new.
The windshield has a very slight chip on the drivers side.
It has had a windshield replaced at some point.
It does have a few chips here and there as well as minor paint scratches, but keep in mind it is an old ~82k mile car that is 47 years old, so that has to be expected. The paint is older and has a few minor blemishes here and there. They do not show up in pictures.
Email me and I can send you a foto album link with over 100 detailed pictures as well as a VIDEO so you can hear it run. Text me at 770-639-3671 and I can send you the video by text. If you are serious, let’s discuss. Don’t just hit that BUY IT NOW BUTTON without talking with me as it will be yours whether you like it or not. Look at my feedback, whenever I sell something on Ebay I try to be as detailed as I can giving you a factual description to the best of my knowledge. I don’t gloss up and armor all everything to cover things up in pics. I may add a Buy it Now price during the auction and I will reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. If you are serious, you should bid early, don’t wait till the end, as you just might miss it! This is NOT your average 1969 Camaro. Very good condition for a car that is over46 years old that you don’t see many of these days. You can drive, cruise, or show it, whatever your preference is on how you chose to enjoy it! Super solid and rust free. Please note - most of my Collector type auctions never last the full ebay listing time.... so if you are serious about trying to bid to buy this, you need to go ahead and bid, don’t wait around to see what happens, because you just might miss it. Next thing you know it will still be on your watch list with auction ended and will be in someone else's garage. Terms of Sale An initial $500 non refundable deposit by PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 3 days of auction end. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession. Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition and as described. With that said Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse. Buyer to pay all taxes, fees and transportation costs. ****Please understand you are bidding TO BUY, your ARE NOT bidding on the opportunity to be the first looker. If you end up winning the auction provided the reserve is met, you ARE expected to pay for the ca AS IS, where is, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ****This is an EBAY auction and will be expected to be fully executed provided the reserve is met. Please do any and ALL your diligence PRIOR to bidding. If you want to come see it PRIOR to the auction end, please do so and I would encourage you to do that if possible. If you need your spouse or “significant others” approval prior to purchasing, please get that prior to bidding. Thanks for looking and best of luck and have FUN bidding to BUY! If I add a buy it now price and you hit the Buy It Now button, the car IS YOURS and you will be expected to make full payment ASAP within 48 hours!!! I can’t over emphasize this enough, but if you are a serious BUYER on this, I would prefer to discuss by phone and you can feel free to call or TEXT if you are interested – 770-639-3671. If you made it this far, thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy looking at it! Best of Luck!!! |
