Chevrolet Camaro 1979 Description

1979 Chevy Chevrolet T-Top Z28 Camaro

White Exterior/Blue Interior

Automatic 5.7L V8 350

Coupe/ 2 Door

Up for sale is an all original matching numbers running T-Top 1979 Z28 Chevy Camaro, 5.7L V8 350 engine and 350 transmission. This car has 68k on the speedometer and is an automatic with A/C.

This started out as a project car for me but I just ran out of time. I have a clean title in hand and am ready to sell. The car drives good and the engine is strong.

I have replaced MANY things along the way on this car which I have a total list, with receipts, if you are interested in knowing everything.

I started at the front end and replaced all bushing, cleaned and painted all suspension pieces, brakes, spring struts, tie rods..etc on both driver and passenger sides.

In the engine I also did a lot of work rebuilding the carburetor, new fuel pump, new oil pump, new rear main seal, new oil pan gasket, transmission pan gasket, valve cover gasket, valve covers, new battery, washer fluid bottle and many other replacements.

This car is equipped with A/C but it is not installed. I have the pieces to install it just never put it back on.

There is also an oil leak which believe is coming from the valve cover but am not sure.

I have gutted the entire interior, welded in brand new floor pans from the front to back on both passenger and driver side, put new sound detaining pieces down and rubber coated for sound as well, painted ALL pieces and replaced. I put brand new carpet, tore down ALL seats to their frames primed and painted with new springs, replaced ALL cushions and had the vinyl professionally recovered, new dome light (but it doesn't work, not sure why), new power window switch, new carpet, brand new vinyl head liner (Looks Great), new driver side and passenger side door panels, new stereo CD player, new under the dash and rear speakers.

I have replaced all of the rear brake parts and installed new air shocks.

The exterior had a little piece of rust on the driver side front quarter panel so I bought and installed a new panel. I also replaced both driver side and passenger side inner quarter panels. I removed the side chrome strips but have not put them back on because I was going to get it painted. I also have brand new inserts for the side chrome pieces, again not installed but comes with the car. I cleaned the trunk and put rubber sound coating in the entire trunk compartment.

I also have replaced ALL rubber seals around the T-Tops, Doors and have the trunk piece which has not been installed yet but will go with the car.

I have all window trim pieces but they will need to be installed.

I put brand new rims and tires on the car and they have less then 50 miles on them, so are in perfect condition.

This is what I can think ofbut please come look at the car if you are interested.

Its a very nice car and I have done a TON of work to it but it does still need a little work to complete it. As I mentioned I just don't have the time anymore to finish. I have a ton of parts that can go with the car as well, brand new and old.

Thanks for looking and if you have ANY questions or want to come look at it feel free to reach out to me.
