Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 1965 Description

Up for sale is a 1965 Chevy K20. Truck is a factory 3/4 ton 4x4. Has newer open knuckle Dana 44 front with disc brakes and 14 bolt FF rear. Original sm420 4 speed with divorced Rockwell t-221 t case. T case leaks a little from the output shaft seal like most of them do. Has strong running 350 engine. Headers, edelbrock intake, and a newer edelbrock 600 carb. Smokes a little after sitting a few days, probably could use new valve stem seals. Power steering and brakes. Truck runs and drives very good. New 285/75/16 BfGoodrich Km2 tires. New optima battery. Truck has normal rust for this model (floor boards, rocker panels, lower front fenders). Cab mounts and frame are perfect. Bed floor has been replaced with 3/4" plywood. Have another bed which is very nice that will be included with sale. Also have some more spare parts that will come with truck. Very dependable old truck that you can still drive while you fix it up, or use it just like it is. Not many of these old 4x4's around. I would trust the truck to drive anywhere.
