This one just in... 1966 Chey II Resto Mod. Starting life as a real SS car this one is very straight and solid. The Viper Silver paint is super slick and finished in base/clear. The vinyl top is very nice with no bubbling underneath also. The body retains its original panels and floors. The chrom, britework and rubber all look to be new. A TCI front IFS front suspension was installed as well as 2 inch dropped spindles, disc brakes and rack and pinion steering. The car also had aftermarket subframe connectors installed to make it more rigid. The powerplant is a 355 cid sbc backed by a newly built 4L60 automatic overdrive with a fresh driveline. The car had a 12 bolt rear axle installed with 4:11 gear and a posi unit. 31 spline axles were installed also. The 20 and 18 inch custom wheels and tires are new as well really rounding out the look of the car. On the inside the black bucket seat interior is very nice and all new. Pro Car custom buckets were used in the front for comfort. A Covan custom insrtument cluster was also installed with aftermarket gauges as well as a new Ididit tilt column and GM three bar steering wheel. An American Auto wire aftermarket wiring harness was also installed for reliability. The engine has a Lunati camshaft, (not sure of grind) Edelbrock intake manifold, Holley carb, billet HEI distributor, coated headers, finned aluminum valve covers and matching air cleaner.
