Up for auction is a custom 1939 Chevrolet rat rod. This truck was originally owned by Alko Oil in Claremore Oklahoma, it was their #2 truck. The original paint was left on to preserve the history of the vehicle. The truck has 4 shocks and one air bag in rear the truck has a spare tire and a jack mounted in the bed. The rear axle is out of a Chevy S-10 with 3:42 gears. The exhaust is split in two behind the bed of the truck with flapper valves. All of the running lights, blinkers, fog, and reverse lights work along with the "aahoogaa" horn. The wind shield rolls out at the bottom to allow adequate air flow during the summer and heater works great in the winter. It has a floor shift with a hand grenade shift knob. The seat is a maroon velour bench seat that folds down. The door windows are plexiglas and come out the truck is fun to drive goes down the road straight hands on or off. |
