Chevrolet Suburban 1972 Description

Selling my 72 three door suburban. To start, it has a small block 350 with a turbo 350 transmission. Runs great, but does drip a little oil from the motor and trans pan. Nothing that an eventual re gasket or maybe Pan tightening wouldn't take care of. Has a new battery as well as tune up items for the motor. I recently changed the rear gear fluid and re sealed the cover. No leaks there. The truck is lowered with tubular a arms as well as lowered coils in the front. It has lowered coils and helper bags in the rear. Has a huge hidden hitch to tow your boat or vintage camper with. The wheels and tires are 20" and have less than 300 miles on them. I have a set of ralleys that go with it as well. The interior is in excellent shape with a later model console between the front buckets. Carpet, headliner, seat upholstery all in great shape. The truck has a newer stereo system with 4 6x9s, a Jackson head unit, a kicker amp, and a 12" sub. It sounds good for what it is. Now for the body. The pics make it look really good, but the paint job is at least 10 years old. Faded in some spots, peeling in some spots, and has some bubbles popping up as you can see in the up close pictures. The floor pans are pretty solid outside of the two supports that have some rot. Easy fix in a weekend if you wanted to do them in place. I have some pics of the other areas that need a little attention but there is nothing major. The rear upper hatch is what I see needs the most work, or simply replaced. They have a tendency to gather moisture in the inside and rust out. There is a pic shown of it as well. This truck has the rear ac/heat set up but not operational. Most components are there. I have no need for air conditioning in Wyoming so it has never been a priority. All in all, this is a pretty straight example of a highly desirable 2 wheel drive half ton 3 door suburban with the tailgate, not the barn doors. Feel free to call or text 307-630-0788 with any questions, offers, t r a d e s,etc. shipping is your responsibility to set up and pay for. I could deliver for the right price as I have an enclosed trailer. Suburban is sold as i, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Thanks and happy bidding.
