Chevrolet Sedan Delivery 1948 Description

This Chevy is a rare (One of a Kind) Dealer Service vehicle. She has been fullyrestored from the ground up and won an AACA National First place award. The style master was Chevrolet's refined, low key sedan delivery for 1948 and it was more closely related to Chevy's passenger cars than the light trucks of that era. The pictures speak for this magnificent Sedan delivery. All the chrome is perfect, finished in gray with a dark gray roof, red pin stripe, quality black leatherette upholstery and fitted with new white walls, fog lamps, hubcaps, wheel trim rings,factory radio, and bumper over-rides. It has been handsomely hand painted with the "Community Chevrolet" dealer service and parts vehicle, including the "Radio Dispatched" logo. The Car is just as clean underneath as it is on top. Stock engine and drive train it runs and drivesjust as it didin 1948. This is not a street rod but moreover somethingone would like to ad to their collection and/or use for a showroom or business advertisement. I am listing this for 85 year old senior owner who is cutting down his collection of fine cars. He has the sun-visor for it ( see the photo) but did not like driving it with the visor on. He has several older cars, and many transportation connections and is willing to assist with shipping, etc. The car can remain with him in inside storage for a couple of weeks while shipping can be arranged. Can also take to over seas shipper here locally as we are close to LA port. No PAYPALand car cannot be shipped until funds are paid.
