Chevrolet C-10 1968 Description

1968 Chevrolet C10 fleetside shortbed. Rust free Oklahoma (panhandle) Southwest Kansas truck. Factory air (not working and parts missing.) 99603 miles. All of the weather stripping and rubber seals are new. It appears that the truck was disassembled, painted, and reassembled. I can see some minor body work was done, but no rust “cover up,” that I can detect. Inside of bed is a little rough. I planned on going over the top with wood floor. It has been tubbed to allow for the 10 inch rear wheels. 350 Chevrolet 4 bolt main block (rebuilt approximately 16 years ago, but not many miles.) Balanced rods and high lift cam. 2.02 heads, roller rockers and high tension valve springs. Aluminum intake manifold. Holley 650 double pumpers, MSD ignition, new plug wires and plugs. Exhaust leak free headers. Rebuilt turbo 350 automatic transmission, shift kit. This truck runs, drives, and sounds really good! The interior is really nice, but missing arm rests. Stereo is missing face plate so it is basically useless. A friend of mine bought this truck around 15 years ago. It came from Oklahoma and he purchased it from the son of the original owner. The miles on the odometer are said to be true. The last time it was tagged was 2005, and was parked in a garage and covered with a car cover, custom car cover included. My friend saved and stored this truck for his son’s first vehicle, but when his son became old enough to drive he did not have the same passion for it. I purchased it in January of this year. My favorite Chevy pickups are 67 and 68 and I have been after this truck for over 5 years because I have not found one that is rust free like this one. I really don’t want to sell it, but I have come to realize, in the last month, that I need to focus on some pending real estate ventures first. Call or text me Monday - Saturday 9AM to 10PM and Sunday afternoon. Thank you and Happy Bidding!
