Chevrolet Cheyenne 1972 Description
1972 Chevrolet C-20 Cheyenne TruckHERE I have a 1972 Chevrolet C-20 Cheyenne Truck 3/4 ton very original has power steering, power disk brakes with original 350 V8 motor and 350 Turbo transmission. Runs and Drives like new. 80,000 original miles the miles on this truck are long driving miles. NO reserve. I bought this truck from the original owner still is A title just notarized so it can go into the 2nd owners name. It was purchased NEW in 9-8-71. The old fella I got this from gave me all the paper work documentation for the truck when he bought it NEW $4,755.00 he is 82 yrs. old and bought this truck just for the use of going camping state to state. He said there was nothing ever hauled in the box. He bought a camper shell new and had it installed immediately for camping. (Which I have). In 1991 he had the truck repainted blue again the box is in excellent shape. Has the normal rust on rockers, bottom of fenders and doors, there is a little on top of fire wall under hood see in pictures and both front cab supports. Has 7.50 - 16 inch split rims. it has the 2 back wheel cylinders are leaking fluid, the brakes do work, I had to add brake fluid when I test drove it. Everything seems to work okay. This was last inspected 10/ 2013. Very solid original truck for its age. This is the ultimate truck to restore and make look new again very hard to find with A title. Good shape. The old Fella said the reason he had it painted in 1991 was because it was having problems in the same exact area's the truck has now but not as bad.i have the paint shop bill with the paper work. The reason for me putting it up for sell is because I got a 66 Pontiac ti fix up the same week after I bought the truck and i have 3 other trucks. Don't miss out on this one.
