Chevrolet Caprice 1994 Description

For auction here is an incredibly well-preserved gem of a Caprice. This Caprice has the special "Styleliner" package, which is a fully loaded Caprice with the Styleliner roof. This car has power everything, remote keyless entry, and the tow package. The tow package gets you the heavy duty cooling system with engine-driven fan, heavy duty suspension (good control, but rides like a cloud), better gear ratio, and a posi-traction limited slip differential.
I am the current owner of 3 B-Body GM cars, and have owned many many more in the past. I am a major fan, collector, and aficionado of these cars. I only drive the best examples, and this one is exceptional even by my standards.
The pictures do not credit to how clean this car is. Looks like it barely rolled off of the showroom floor. The Styleliner emblem is missing from the passenger side canvas top, but is otherwise flawless.
Engine:
The 5.7 LT1 Corvette engine has very low miles, and has been excellently maintained. Compression reads 158-165 across all cylinders. I had the accessory belt and belt tensioner replaced because it was making a slight chirp. I had the AC compressor replaced with a brand new one to make sure that she would continue to stay frosty in our hot Florida summers. The Optispark distributor is a brand new model. Engine has no issues, and never throws any trouble codes.
Transmission:
Received regular service and has no issues. To be expected for a low-mile transmission. Fluid looks good and clear, with no odd smells. This is a tow-package car with the factory double transmission coolers, so it was built for longevity.
Body:
Nearly flawless. The passenger side canvas top is missing the Styleliner emblem, but otherwise is showroom fresh. Best body of any Caprice I have ever owned. This car, like my others, is washed and waxed frequently. Cannot stand dirty cars, so it has been very well maintained.
Interior:
As with the body, this is as good as I have seen it. Takes close examination to to tell this is a used car. Everything works, and well. Turn on the AC on the hottest summer day, and you'll want to grab a warm blanket.
Terms:
Like all used Caprices you will find, vehicle is for sale as-is where-is. No warranty is implied or provided.
