Chevrolet Blazer 1993 Description

1993 Chevy K5/K1500 2dr Blazer. Normally, it would be hard pressed to find one of these 2dr 1990s Full-Size Blazers left in good shape. They are getting more difficult to find and nice ones keep commanding more money. Oh sure you can always find one for a few grand that needs paint, rusted, beat up, etc. This is NOT one of those. More importantly, the TPI that used to be under the engine compartment has been swapped with a 50K mile LS 5.3L out of a later model truck. What that gives is more HP, better reliability, and improved gas mileage. Plus easier to tune for more power if you so desired. 4WD will keep you going in all weather conditions, and the 22in custom wheels makes you arrive in style.
The EXTERIOR of the Blazer is in ABOVE AVERAGE condition for its age and miles. The body on this truck appears to be completely rust free. The underside is clean and very sterile. I suspect it has had a repaint on it recently in its life as this shines extremely well, pictures do not do it justice, and when checking appears to not be filled with body filler either. Based on the body and frame, I doubt it ever saw salt. Nothing to fault on the exterior and looks like it is only a couple years old not 24. The 22in custom rims may or may not be to your liking, but they are in good shape with about 40-50% tread remaining.
The INTERIOR of the Blazer is in AVERAGE condition for its age and miles. The interior of the Blazer is good shape overall with no major rips, tears, or wear. Seats still have plenty of life in them, door panels are in good shape, carpet is good, dash is good. Headliner is in tact. It does have some minor burn marks on the drivers and passengers door panels. It does not have a strong smell of smoke, but the marks are still there. The plastics of the passenger door have some TLC items to work on (door rest is a little loose) and missing tire cover in the rear. Passenger door lock works only with key.
Overall, this is a nice truck and the engine swap is what makes this an excellent choice to be a weekend toy or daily driver. A/C is working as is the heat. The 5.3L LS motor came out of a 2003 Pickup with approx 50K on it so there should be lots of miles left in this truck.
