Chevrolet Corvette 1969 Description

1969 Corvette Custom Wagon Project, built this car 3 years ago to this point and then it got put aside for another project. the car is a Blast from the Past, f you grew up in the 70's you remember seeing these type of Vette's on the cover of magazines along with the Motion and Ecklers Vette's
First the car comes with a 350 4 spee, Red exterior, an interior, ilt tele steering wheel, actory Rally Rims, he car had been sitting in a garage for yeras it was purchased because it had all original panels, he nose was taken off to be used on another 69 that was being restored at the shop I work at, nbsp;I purchased the car with no nose, always wanted to build a wagon Vette from the first time I saw one on the cover of Popular Hot Rodding back in 1975, had a wagon back section in Great shape so I figured it was time to build one.
The car was stripped down to bare chassis, he chassis was sent out to be blasted there were a few small areas of rot that was cut out and repaired, he chassis was primed and painted simi gloss black, very piece on the chassis is new or rebuilt, pper and lower control arms rebuilt, ew engine and tranny mounts, ew rotors and calipers all brake lines and hoses, ew fuel lines, ew body mounts and bushing, nbsp;Chrome half shafts, ear spring and drive shaft, he chassis has a total rebuild and is worth the asking price in its self.
The engine was not rebuilt but it was opened up to check, verything looked good, nd all new seals were installe, ame with 4 speed and rear end, t has new HEI dist. New starter, lternater, aster cylinder, ebuilt carb, luminum Torker manifold, ew hoses and belts, ew factory side exhaust, adiator was sent out to be checked, o many New parts to list, he car starts and runs Great.
The body was also stripped down to bare glass, ll seams were glassed in and wagon section was added with floor piece, 969 Firebird tail lights were cut into rear panel, he back section was put in polyester primer but sitting for a year outside with a tarp on it the roof section bubbled up so that portion will have to be sanded down again and reprimed, he top section of the windshield frame was changed and has no rot, as Nova gas tank .
I have a New 1980 nose surround with Monza style cut outs and a turbo style hood, hat comes with the car, hat needs to be glued on, was originally going to put on an Original Mako nose that was purchased from Motion Performance years ago and thats were the project stopped, echanically the car is pretty much done, ut there is still some work to be done to finish, here are a lot of parts that come with the car to finish, he car needs seats and carpet, indshield, tc, ne t top, LEASE LOOK at pictures to see what yourGetting into, also have a New Mako nose from Baldwin Motion that was Never put on a car for sale, ut that does NOT come with this auction, f wanted it would be Extra Cost, ut could be worked into the Deal,
I restore Corvettes for a living so the car was done right, have a 59 Vette I would rather put my time in so that's the reason I am selling this project, o other, f you live in the area and would like to see the car and here it run no problem, ut NO test rides, lease ask all questions before end of auction, hanks
