SEE NEW UNDERCARRIAGE PICS JUST ADDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE AUCTION!

You are bidding on one of the single nicest, most unrestored/original 1982 Collector Cars to be found! Wearing 100% of its original paint, trim, interior, weatherstripping, underhood details and the like, along with wearingthe original tires (re-installed since photos were taken),it isgenuinelydifficult to comprehend just how amazing this ONE OWNER,7200 mileCorvette is without seeing it in person. I will do my best to describe with a thorough write up, anddetailed pictures.

This vehicle was traded in at a Northern Ohio Buick dealership by the original owner and that's how I acquired it. 35yearsafter its originaldelivery, thisvehicle is inastonishing unrestored, yetextremely solid/mechanically-sound condition. The car starts right up, it is extremely tight, and runs and drives excellent. The exterior bodyis in amazing condition with only one extremely minor chip on the lower back corner of the LH door which has been touched up. Theframe is devoid of any issues, accidents, rust damage/repairs. The underside iscompletely original, untouched and retains all of the amazing details the factory delivered. The body fitment is perfect/as expected. The doors, hood, deck lid all align, fit and close like the nearly new car it is today.

The Silver Beige (Code 59) paint is absolutely exceptional and itpresentsextremely well, with zero evidence of any paintworkwhatsoever.Thepaint surfacehas a perfect and correct finish that clearly has not had a polishing wheel, oreven the smallest amountof wet sanding ever completed ANYWHERE on it. I am an original paint/unrestored freak and this is one of the nicer original paintcars I have owned.

The gorgeous interior (Code 592)is incompletely unrestored, nearlyperfectcondition. The dash, dash pad, gauges, steering wheel, seat upholstery, headliner, door panels, AND EVERYTHING ELSE is just simply amazing and in like-new condition. The underside of the dash assy is just remarkable and looks as though it came off the assembly line last week. Allweatherstrips are justin incredibly nicethroughout the car, and still soft and pliable on all surfaces, showing just how nicely this car was stored all these years!

The engine compartment is unrestored, and it retainsall of proper components, and all original plating/colors/finishes are in still inplace. The engine valve covers, block, all bracketry, air cleaner, etc are all wearing their original paint. Original markings, decals, perfect wiring harnesses, and details throughout.

JUST ADDED, UNDERCARRIAGE PHOTOS, See below. The underside is in remarkably nice, unrestored, yet excellent condition. I just put it up on the lift last night and the underside is even nicer than expected! All of the original part numbertags, chalk markings, paint markings, zinc, phosphate and other platings, etc, etc are all still on every surface you can imagine. The oil pan has it's bar coded tag, the transmission pan still retains its plating along with the backing plates, etc etc. There is some minor cleaning and detailing that could be done underneath, but nothing much. Original bare metal componentry has flash-rusted, which is normal. Exhaust is 100% solid and is dated 1982 as pictured! The tips are just aftermarket bolt-on items which the original owner added and can easily be removed if desired. Notate the grease pencil marking on the floor board, which matches the last four digits of the VIN!

The original VINtagisin placeon the LH side windshield pillar/frame, the original body/vin trim tags arein place on the LH door.Vehicle has a clear, lien-free Ohio title which will be transferred in the next owners name.

Since the photos were taken, I re-installed the original tires on the absolutely mint, correct aluminum wheels (see photo below I just added).

If you are looking for anexceptionally wellpreservedexampleof Chevrolet Corvette history, this isan excellent opportunity for a collectible car that you can drive, enjoy and show or just add to your collection. This NO EXCUSE car would do extremely well in any quality show anywhere in the country, especially in a survivor class! As we all know, they aren't building these cars any more, and examples this nice are becoming harder and harder to find these days.
