Chevrolet C-10 1972 Description
1972 Pro Street Chevy C10 Short Bed for sale. Very streetable pump gas truck. I drive it to work once a week in the summer. Never overheats in traffic! Not been raced. This truck sits right, is very clean and super fun to drive! Was recently appraisedat $36,300 Market Value. A copy of the appraisalreport is availableupon request.Truck has a 383 small block, DART aluminum heads, roller cam. Engine has approximately 600 miles on it. It's a nice Street/Strip build with 456hp 488tq. If you're eager for more power, the engine was custom built and dyno tuned by ATK to handle an additional 150hp of nitrous, no problem! Engine build details areavailable upon request. I also have a ton of build pictures as it was being assembled.
The TH400 transmission is recently rebuilt top to bottom, including a new Hughes Performance 2800 rpm converter withanti-ballooningplates and a race flexplate. The shifter is a custom black anodized B&M Pro Stick shifter.
The rear has been tubbed and has adjustable rear coil-over suspension. 12 Bolt posi rear-end with 4:88 gears. Rear tires are NEW 29x15.5x15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pros that hook well and look awesome. Up front are Mickey Thompson 26x7.5x15 skinnies. Tubular lower control arm suspension and front disc breaks. The fuel cell and battery have been relocated to the rear of the bed.
The interior is painted to match with a new black fabric bench seat with custom black carpet and door panels. It has an Art Morrison roll cage painted to match. 5" AutoMeter gauges and an adjustable shift light. Kenwood deck with wires ran for an amp and speakers.
I want to be astransparent as possible about the condition.I have owned the truck for 11yrs, always garage kept and out of the rain as much as possible in Oregon. The paint is in great shape and thebody isextremely straight without dents. It has a couple minor paint chips toconsider, could be easily touched up(see last photo). The transmission-temp gauge has never worked and the dome light switch is broken, howeverthe headlights work perfectly.
The truck is listed locally, auction may end early due to sale. Any additional questionsor pictures can be made availableby calling 541.619.3364
