Chevrolet Camaro 1969 Description
1969 Chevy Camaro SS .
This is not a real SS but badged as one.
This car has gone through a nut and bolt restoration and is a beautiful example of hard work and paying attention to detail. Everything about this car is near perfect. It has a 454 that runsexcellent andbacked by a fresh TH400 and a 10 bolt rear end. The paint is beautiful with the stripes painted on (not decals) and then buried in clear coat. All of the chrome is either new or re-chromed, interior the same, very nice. All of the components under the car are new such as complete front end kit, new exhaust front to back, fuel and brake lines, gas tank, KYB shocks, etc. It has a 2" steel cowl hood, rear spoiler, front lower valance/spoiler, power steering, power disc brakes, alum. radiator, all new rubber body mounts, you name it and it was done. Car drives down the road like new and is very easy to handle. Now one thing I want to mention is the motor. I have been trying to identify year of block etc. and have had a bit of a hard time. Here's what I know. Casting # 14015445 which is going to come back as a 75-87 454 truck block...buton the pass. side rear of block it has cast K13 445 Hi-Perf Pass which sorta makes that not work (see pic). That indicates it'sa Hi-Performance Pass car block. Also on the milled pad it has T1014PLB which I've also had a hard time decoding. If anyone knows more than I could find out, pleaselet me know, this one has me stumped. Either way, it's a bad ass big block 454 that runs perfect. Just felt I had to add that information to my listing. I have the original steering wheel and cowl hood air cleaner that go with car. Horn does not work at this time. Just put the Grant wheel on.
I am selling this car for a good friend of mine so ask any questions and I will get the answers fast. There is well over 50K invested in this restoration so someone is going to get a sweet deal.
