Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 1972 Description

1972 Chevrolet 4X4 3/4 Ton C/K-20 Pickup Truck 350 Eng Long Box

1972 Chevrolet 4X4 3/4 Ton C/K-20 Pickup Truck 350 Eng Long Box Description

The vehicle is a 1972 K-20 3/4 Ton pickup truck 4 wheel drive with a 4 speed manual transmission and it has a long box.
It has locking front hubs and 4wd is working.
The rear end is an Eaton HO 72 with 4.10 Posi Trac and the front is a Dana 44 axle.
The engine is not the original. It is a 350 4 bolt main with Camel Back cylinder heads and stock cam shaft. The carb is a Holly 600 CFM 4 barrel. The carburetor is rebuilt and the engine has been tuned up.
The odometer mileage says 65,190 however I can't verify that as accurate due to the age of the truck.
New parts:
Tie rod ends, ball joints, steering linkage, power steering pump, steering box, front and rear brakes, alternator and belts, hoses, tail gate, front fenders, dash pad, U-joints, and leaf spring bushings.
It has headers and flow master exhaust and has a nice rumble.
The tires are Big 35 x 12.5 R 16.5 BF Goodrich All terrain T/A with about 75% tread life.
The wheels are 16.5 Eagle Alloy.
It has approx a 6 " suspension lift.
The truck originally came from California. The body is solid as well as the floor boards. There are rust holes in the bed floor and a couple pin holes at the cab corners. The engine fire wall also has some holes at the corners.
It needs a horn, tire jack, reverse lights hooked up and the inner fender liners.
It does have a spare tire.
At some point it had two gas tanks. The one in the bed has been removed. It now only has the original tank behind the seat. The filler neck and cap for the auxiliary fuel tank are still on the truck.
The engine runs very well. It pulled a 6000 lb payload for a 7 hour trip last summer with no problems.
The paint color is black and it is an amateur paint job. The paint does have some runs. The body has some dings, minor dents and there is one dent on the driver side roof. This truck is not perfect, but has that nice old truck look.
This is a go have fun on Friday and Saturday night truck. It isn't perfect but it gets a lot of compliments.
You the buyer are responsible for picking up the truck once your certified cashier's check clears.
The truck is sold as is .There are no warranties implied or expressed.
