Chevrolet Other Pickups 1935 Description

FOR SALE:

1935 Chevrolet truck

½ ton, cab and chassis with bed

This truck is the product of a recent, extensive restoration effort.

The trucks odometer reads 49,000 miles and those miles are believed to be actual.

The truck's all-steel body boasts a professional, black finish. The cab and the hood are adorned with yellow, hand-painted pinstripes. Again, all of the truck body panels are steel.

The truck is powered by the original 206 cubic-inch, inline 6-cylinder that is paired to the original 3-speed transmission. Both the motor and the transmission have been professionally rebuilt and refinished.

In addition to the motor and transmission, the truck's rear end has been rebuilt. The steering and suspension systems have also been restored with new or refreshed components.

The truck rolls smoothly on the original 17-inch wheels that are painted a pale yellow. The wheels are wrapped in 5.50-17, 4-ply "wide whites" with an abundance of tread life remaining. The tires were purchased from Coker Tire. A matching spare wheel and tire is mounted on the passenger side of the truck in the original mounting position.

The bed of the truck features oak wood that has been painted black to match the truck. The metal trim pieces lining the bed of the truck have also been painted black.

The interior of the truck characterizes simplicity and features a black vinyl seat. The interior door panels and the dash are painted black to resemble the exterior of the truck. The driver of the truck is accommodated by functional gauges and exterior lights.

As you likely know, a portion of the cab in these trucks was constructed with pieces of wood. The truck's cab retains original-style wood structuring with new wood that is painted black.

The underside of the truck is solid and shows well. Looking from the ground up, the oak bed appears just as nice as it does from the top. The frame is painted black as are the suspension pieces and driveline components.

The truck runs, rides, and drives great. In addition, the truck draws attention from onlookers of all ages with every trip of out of the garage. The truck maintains a high level of originality while also offering supreme reliability. The truck is a consistent provider of worry-free enjoyment. Nearly every aspect of the truck is either new, rebuilt, refinished, or restored.

I have uploaded numerous pictures of the truck for you to review to form your own opinion on how nice the truck truly is.
