Chevrolet Chevelle 1977 Description

1977 Chevelle Malibu Classic. Third owner. 305-2v V8. TH 350 automatic. Shows 44xxx miles that I believe are actual. I bought it a few years ago from the second owner who said he bought it at the original owners estate sale in the 90s. I have quite a few original documents including the build sheet that I found under the front seat springs. Some early maintenance records and Chevrolet warranty info.
2nd owner had it repainted in the original color in base/clear and replaced the vinyl "landau" top. I removed the 77 double stacked headlight buckets and grille and replaced them with 1975 headlights and 1974 grille. You can see a slight difference in color in the pics. I didn't want to blend paint on the whole front end just for the headlights. I removed the original bench seat and column shift and replaced it with the swivel ("strato") bucket seats and floor shifter/ column.I added shoulder belts to it as well.Otherwise it's mostly original, including the radio. I kept everything I took off or out, including the bench seat and belts. I replaced the tires, master cylinder and factory exhaust, I left off the catalytic converter. That thing was HUGE! Rebuilt the carb and replaced some hoses, brake and suspension parts. It was undercoated by the dealer so rust is minimal. (See pic of vehicle invoice)
It's not a muscle car, it's a very nice cruiser. I drive it fairly often and wouldn't hesitate to take it on a road trip. It's really good candidate for upgrades since there isn't anything major to repair...pro touring car? LS sleeper?
Clear title in my name.
The Bad: Transmission leaks. I haven't addressed it. I check the fluid, fill if necessary and take off. If I had to guess it's a bad seal. Once in a while there's a drop or two of antifreeze on the garage floor. I can't find the leak. The chrome on the rear bumper is thin (see pics). There is rust under the top near the bottom of the rear window. I don't let it get wet and it hasn't gotten any worse while I've owned it. AC is all there but doesn't work. I never had it checked. Windows down and 70 MPH is OK with me.The heater/defrost blower works, but won't change position. Feels like its stuck in heat/defrost mode. Cable?
Feel free to ask questions, I'll do my best to answer.
I also have a video of car starting and running that I can send to an email address.
I reserve the right to end early. Cash preferred, the car AND title leave when my bank or my wallet says they can.I don't know anything about shipping, but I'll help if I can.

Thanks
