ENGINE/TRANS/TRANSFER CASE: The professionally built engine with approximately 500 hp engine, as per Edelbrock's tech dept, has had a complete Edelbrock top end including 60439 aluminum heads, 2162 cam and lifters, 75614 rpm air gap intake manifold, thunder 650 cfm carb, 1722 fuel pump, and 7810 double row timing chain. Other new parts include a new 90 volt alternator, new water pump, all new belts and hoses, MSD 31809 wires, Chevy chrome valve covers. Has Heddman headers and flowmaster mufflers/exhaust. Has a very good 850/1000 cold cranking amp battery. The turbo 350 has had a new 2500 stall speed (approximately) torque converter with a new flex plate, both installed by the previous owner. Has a B&M chrome deep oil pan. The transfer case has the occasional oil drip.
WHEELS/TIRES/SUSPENSION: The wheels and tires are Dick Cepek 20x9 Gun Metal 7 rims with Dick Cepek 35x12.50x20 Fun Country 2 nitrogen filled tires with approximately 2000 miles on them. Has a set of Gorilla locks with matching key. Front and rear chrome differential covers. 3.07 highway gears. Warn locking hubs. The front brakes have been upgraded with Wilwood SS20 D52 street/strip brake pads and new oem brake calipers. The rear brakes have new brake shoes and drums.Complete set of braided stainless brake lines front and rear. There is a new master cylinder and vacuum booster. A new stock brass proportioning valve and a new adjustable Wilwood proportioning valve for the rear brakes mounted above the 12 bolt rear. The front suspension had a new 4" lift leaf springs installed andthe rear has 4" lift blocks for a more comfortable ride. The steering has had new components including new tie rod ends, drag link, ball joints (from previous owner), frame reinforcement plate welded behind the steering box, and a u-joint steering shaft to eliminate the sloppy and weak rag joint.
AC: The ac system has a new condenser, compressor, lines, accumulator/drier and upgraded to 134a and blows cold. New old stock heater core and hoses with double shut-off valves mounted on the right inner fender (to make the ac more efficient). The blower fan speed switch doesn't work so we installed a 4 way fan speed switch on the bottom of the dash using a pre-existing factory hole.
INTERIOR: The complete interior was changed from tan to black with a new black carpet, floor mats front and rear, triple layer insulation under the whole floor, totaling R-18. Has a vintage Sun Tach tachometer, has factory tach (disconnected), tilt wheel, all factory gauges work ( the speedometer reads lower than the actual speed due to the 35" tires. Has a Sony waterproof marine radio model M60UI and 4 waterproof marine6" full frequency speakers. The 2 Kenwood amps mounted on a board to the back of the rear seat and the homemade subwoofer box with the 2" marine subs are NOT INCLUDED as they are not mine. The yellow Dewalt 1000 watt power inverter on the front floor is also NOT INCLUDED, also not mine. The 4 gauge wiring for the subwoofer amps and Dewalt power inverter will be left in as well as the 2 marine circuit breakers mounted on the right inner fender as well as the fitted mounting board attached to the back of the rear seat and the subwoofer amp trigger on/off switch under the dash.
BODY/FRAME/TOP: The body was professionally painted with House ofKolor F61 Mini Kamen Blue Metalflake and comes with a small bag of the dry blue flakes for touch ups (you have to add clear to use). Has a Harwood fiberglass cowl induction hood with a 4" scoop and is operational. The original metal hood will be included which has also been painted in the blue Metalflake both top and bottom, will need to be buffed out like the rest of the truck was done, and has a 12 inch mark on the top side from storage. The firewall, door jambs, dashboard, bottom of the hood, were also correctly painted with the blue Metalflake. The inner fenders were painted gloss black at this time. This paintjob really looks beautiful in the sunlight and turns heads as you drive by. The only flaws are acouple tiny rock chips and afew blisters above both rear wheels on the quarter panels in the white part of the paint. The frame is inexcellentcondition. The underside of the body is very clean with all body mounting bushings etc in excellent condition. Has NOS taillight lenses and NOS tailgate window crank. All window felts and window track felts were replaced. New 30 gallon gas tank and sending unit. The original white fiberglasstoplooks good with the execption of some minor paint peeling andsome wear atthe seams. The inside of the top has been painted black and thereare 3 layers of insulation totaling R-18 was added to reduce heat from the sun.
