Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1983 Description

If I were keeping I would eventually re-paint and replace the rag joint to firm up the steering, and replace cracked dash pad, other than that, its ready to go have fun! Could pick up and drive anywhere in US from MASS.
Car was down in southern GA, until I purchased it in SEPT of 2015 and brought it to my home where it has been garaged and only driven 7K miles in two yrs. I did upgrade the wheels to the more modern style (86-88 alloy), but I have the original steel wheel rally's etc.

Not going to win any drag races, but this stock V8 305 High Output SS motor makes torquing around a blast - and this is a real survivor.
I upgraded the suspension components to make the ride less squeaky, and added drop spindles to lower the look and vibe. It now rides very quiet with a nice rake from back to front. Tires are 245's on the rear, 235's on the front. Compliments and thumbs up on every turn, and this is without the stripes. Buy a stripe kit and slap those back on and people go crazy for this metallic blue whip.
Pretty much used the car to travel back and forth to softball with my daughters - had a lot of fun, but I am moving on to free up some space in my garage for a larger lawn tractor. Only put 7k miles on it in two yrs - not in a hurry to sell it, so don't bother with low ball offers as I will just keep re-listing it until I get my reserve.
This car lived in Waynesboro, GA for 32 yrs! Brought it up to MASS and garaged it, babied it.
Fun car to drive and hit shows with on the wknds, or even drive everyday. It has an upgraded sound system, nothing crazy, but blue tooth, and integrated car phone/stereo with front loading CD player. Spent close to 5/600 on that, plus another 1K on completely re-finished wheels and new lugs and another 1K on suspension etc, and that's it.
Other than that I have just enjoyed it as I bought it 2 yrs ago.
