Chevrolet Impala 1965 Description
<>This Chevy Classic is a show winning 1965 Impala 2-dr SS Tribute Car. Beautiful Porshe Tuxedo RED paint just painted in 2014. Lots of hours spent wet-sanding for this paint job. This Porshe red really stands out next to other red cars. ;Interior is new Black leatherette and has two short bench consoles with cup holders. It's worth noting that it also has the "girlfriend Chrome Tissue Container." When was the last time you saw a car with one of those. ;Everyone who sees it comments about it. Engine is a rebuilt 327 cu.inch and is a very strong runner. Lots of chrome Edelbrock parts in the engine bay. Engine also has upgraded MSD Electronic Ignition and MSD Distributor. Radiator has been upgraded to an expensive all ALUMINUM radiator for fast and better cooling. ;Chrome Air Horns fill in the gap on the right side which is usually empty. New mag wheels and tires. Headlights have been upgraded to modern Tri-Bar Headlamps. The tail lights are upgraded and operate sequentially which I think is a nice touch you don't see on many older cars. ;There is a sixties style tach mounted on the steering column for that older look. The trunk is finished off and has two chrome fire extinguishers mounted one on each side. Also in the trunk is a fifth mag wheel and tire. Looks great! Updated suspension and front disc brakes help it ride nice and handle great. If you want them I have some stock parts and a lot of 1965 printed materials for this Impala. This car has been in three car shows. ;It won 4 trophies one first place and one third place. It also won second place in an All Chevy show and won ;Peoples Choice. ; I think that speaks well for how the car displays.;Heck I'll even throw in the white dice for free. ; Thank you for looking at my car! Will consider all Reasonable Offers. ;Can assist in making sure shipping goes smoothly.>Questions call Bob. @ 262-339-7370. Note: 5-22-2015. Just finished today adding "MIRRORS" to both the under- hood and under-trunk Lid. Really shows off all of the engine. ;Cost $550.00. Also added today were SOLID BILLET HINGES for the hood.;Cost $750.00. ;Now I'm done with my vision of this car. Add your details to make it your own! Note: 5-23-2015. Entered the car in the Jackson Wisconsin Mayfest Car Show today. It won the Peoples Choice Award which was the ONLY trophy given out at this event! I was was pretty happy. I don't know if it was the Billet Hinges that did it or the mirrors in the trunk and engine bay? I did hear other car owners talking about how they would have to do that to their cars now to keep up. True or not I was very happy with the car. You guys that are just watching it can either keep watching to the end or you can be ME and take it to YOUR CAR SHOWS. In the meantime I'm just going to keep taking YOUR CAR to the car shows and see what happens. If your really interested then put in an offer or not. It's all up to you at this point. Thank you once again for checking out my ad.
