Chevrolet Chevelle 1970 Description

1970 Chevelle Convertible. We have had this car for about eight years. We decided to

restore the ca, owever we have several other projects also in the works so we decided to

place the car on Ebay and let someone else choose their own color combination and upholstery

and finish the car. We have had the body off the frame as the pictures will show. New

floor pans were installed and new lower quarter panels and the frame was cleaned and primed and

epoxy painted semi gloss black. The 396 engine has almost no miles on the rebuild. It was rebuilt

when we purchased it. The engine sounds and runs very very well. An automatic transmission

is connected to a 12 bolt rearend. We were told it is a posi rear end and it appears that is correct.

The car hasboxed control arms and front disc brakes and SS das, ower steering and power

disc brakes.

The car yard drives . The wiring will have to be completed. We have a temporary switch to start

the car . It has a new cadium plated power booster and new stainless steel fuel lines and new gas

tank. When the body was removed from the rotisserie all new body bushings were replaced.

This will be an easy finish to complete the frame off rotisserie restoration we haveall ready started.

All the hard work and biggest expenses including labo, ebuilt engin, ew sheet metal
