Fantastic condition inside outside and underneath. Mechanically the car is great also. It fires right up everytime and runs strong. The 4 speed manual is able to be shifted smoothly. Cosmetically this car is the poster of what a C1 corvette should look like. Painted in Roman Red with white coves and black leather. The engine is the more valuable double 4 barrel carb set up with a numbers matching engine. I have pictures of the engine stamp to verify.I am the owner of a garage and I am selling this car for a friend. He is a cardiologist and doesn't have the time to answer questions take phone calls and set up meetings. He has always loved the C1 and about 5 years ago decided to purchase one. He found this one from a Corvette specialist in Arizona and bought it exactly as you see if today. He loves the car but has a few other toys and not a lot of spare time. The car hasn't been driven often since he bought it and decided to send it to a new home to be enjoyed. With all of that being said I do not have any documentation on the car. I do not know when it was restored by whom it was restored or howin-depth of a restoration it was.I believe everything was completed right before he bought it based on the current condition. It looks more like a recent restoration. It isn't Pebble Beach Concourse perfection but i'm sure it could win some local car shows and make one heck of a driver.Hagerty's shows the average price of this car/engine combo to be $62300. We are willing to let it go for less then that so it should make a very good investmentI have a photobucket account with a lot of pictures. Feel free to email me and I can send it to you.On May-26-15 at 12:14:21 PDT seller added the following information:Sorry for the mistake. The interior is not Leather it is the typical Vinyl
