Motor is clean. Runs good.
Small fluid leak under car. Dried out gasket?
Tires are good, not weathered or dried out.
Heater is disconnected in engine compartment. It was not needed in Arizona. Can be reconnected.
A/C blows, but does not get cold. Needs recharge.
