Chevrolet Corvette 1958 Description
I have a reproduction 1958-62 corvette body. It is a high quality fiberglass reproduction. It is new, ever built. These bodies go for $7,000 new. It is correct to the original, an use all of the original parts. Most every part for these cars are available reproduction, ou can even use this body on an original chassis. You can put it on a late model chassis, ro street it, ro touring, estomod, asser, atrod, hatever. Art Morrison (and many others) build complete frames for these that use c4, 5, ven c6 suspension components. I have seen these on late model camaro chassis with LS motors, have also seen these on custom built frames built as a straight axle gasser - just killer. I was/am planning on building it as a gasser, ut I have a gasser already and a race car that is eating up alll of my project time, o I figured I would see if it will sell. If it doesn't, o big deal, 'll put it in storage and build it later.
There is a company in South Carolina that makes a very affordable C1 chassis and they list them on Ebay.
All that is for sale is the complete body, o running gear or chassis, right work, tc. There is no title. It is in sealer/primer. Please look it over closely and ask whatever questions you need to - it is for SALE, f you buy it, t's yours. You are welcome to come see it in person. You are welcome to pick it up if you buy it, will help load.
Please look at the photos and read again, O brightwork, hassis, ardware, tc. Inner hood and trunk panel are done, runk floor and firewall are in, ain floor just screwed in place. I do not know the manufacturer of this body, ut they did a fine job. I can palletize / crate for free and it can be shipped from where I work (commercial loading dock with forklift) - give me 3-4 days to crate it.
