Chevrolet Silverado 3500 1994 Description
This is a 1994 Chevy crew cab with a P-pump 12v Cummins diesel and Allison 545 transmission in it. The conversion was done back in 2002 but was only used to haul things. I am the 2nd owner. The engine is bone stock and not turned up at all. The interior is MINT! You won't find another truck this clean in this year. It has NO body rust which is very rare for this year. This truck was very lightly used and taken care of. It has a few dents in the hood from branches falling on it but they could be easily popped out. It has on board air which is driven off the engine. It only has a small air tank now but you could put one on that would run almost anything. The tires are almost brand new. It is 2wd and tows like a beast! I put 2 new batteries in it, a new starter, a new radiator, electric fan, temp sensor, and a few other things less than 6 months ago. I bought it to use as a work truck but I really need a 4wd truck in my line of work. I really hate to get rid of it but I would rather see someone else enjoy it than ruin it by making it a work truck. The speedometer needs to be hooked up, you need a relay box that can be had for about $100 from an online distributor. Truck shows 102k miles on it, I do not know how many miles engine has on it but it does not smoke. It has an oil leak that needs fixing, one of the bolts on the aluminum timing housing bolts was over tightened and put a hairline crack on the edge. It does not effect how it runs and there is no chance of it ruining the engine. You can probably just put an epoxy on it and be fine. I have been driving it for a few months now and I absolutely love this truck, I have no doubt this thing will last you for a very long time! I would consider partial trade for a 4x4 work truck that is road worthy.
