Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1953 Description

For sale is my 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door coupe. Starting with the drivetrain the car has a rebuilt 235 inline 6 cylinder with dual Rochester carbs and tubular headers with new exhaust. The car has also been converted to 12 volts. The transmission is a 3 speed that was recently converted to a floor shift using National Chevy Assoc bracketing mated to a B&M floor shifter with a Lokar boot. The rear end is a torque tube set up that is mounted with a triangulated four link system which brings us to the next aspect of the car. the suspension. The car has air bags on all four corners and has been c notched in the rear for more travel. The system is controlled by six valves. two compressors and a five gallon tank mounted in the trunk. The system has mufflers and flow control so it doesn't lower violently or loudly. Moving to the exterior of the car it sits on 15x6 steel wheels with chrome covers and on brand new 5:60 15 white wall tires mounted less than two weeks ago. The car is painted a satin black and does is not a cheap primer job. The trim is all a gun metal gray that really compliments the black and gives the car a one of a kind sinister look. The top has been chopped and the B-pillar has been angled forward. The doors have functioning glass windows as well. The interior is freshly done with a distressed leather look and a dark gray carpet. The headliner is not done to keep with the lead sled look. The car is built very well and is absolutely one of a kind. I have only taken it to one show and have gotten an incredible amount of attention. The car is in great condition but does have some minor imperfections. Please ask any questions you may have and I am glad to answer them all. The sale of the car is final and no warranty of any kind is being offered with the vehicle which is being sold as is. I have a clean and clear Colorado title for the car and require a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping matters involving the car. *****FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON PAYING. ONLY CASH. WIRE TRANSFER OR CERTIFIED CHECK (WHICH WILL HAVE TO CLEAR PRIOR TO CAR BEING PICKED UP) WILL BE ACCPETED.
