This is a 1985 Chevrolet CUCV K30 1 1/4 Ton truck as built for the U.S.Army. I'm selling this truck as is. The axles alone in this truck sell for $2300 all day,dont believe me? check it out online
GM 6.2 Diesel J Code (non emissions)
HD TH 400 Transmission
Front Dana 60 with king-pins and 4.56 gears
Rear GM 14 Bolt with 4.56 gears and Detroit Locker
NP 208 Transfer case
Has 2 brand new 950 CCA batteries in it I installed when I bought it
8 new glow plugs
All fluids and filters changed
THE BAD
The transfer case has a hole in the rear case the size of a nickel. I have a replacement complete transfer case that will go with the truck. I also have a straight fender complete with the inner fender for the drivers side that will go with the truck also.
I had to drill out the ignition switch when I picked the truck up from the guy I bought it from since he had lost the key. Oreiley sells OEM A/C Delco switches for $28 bucks.
I have the signed TX title and title application (they are signed by previous owner with no other info filled in) but I never transferred the title to me after I bought it 4 months ago. I will provide these and a bill of sale from me.
The truck starts runs and drives. The drivetrain will be great for building a mud truck or rock buggy
