Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1956 Description

First off. I've looked at a lot of 1956 Chevy's through the years and THIS is a $35. 00 car!! Reserve is set at $30. 00 and anyone who gets it for that price will be very happy. I don't really want to sell. but I just recently found my old '56 Chevy that I built 18 years ago. and the only way I can buy it back is if I sell this one. This is a Southern car that has had a frame off restoration done. The underside of the car looks as good as the top side. The car runs and drives great. It has a late model 350 with electronic ignition. Edelbrock intake. Holley carb headers. and small cam. The engine and turbo 350 transmission only have about 5. 00 miles on them. The car has power steering and power brakes. The front end has dropped spindles. drilled rotors. and disc brakes. There are drum brakes in the rear with 2" lowering blocks for stance. The rear end is a Ford 9" with 370 gears. The tires are in great shape with custom 18" rims. The car has dual exhaust all the way back and has a nice "throaty" sound. All suspension and steering components and bushings have been replaced. The interior is very nice. with factory seats redone in newer material. It has a Billet steering wheel. B&M shifter. working gauges. and an AM/FM stereo with Aux In jack. All new weatherstripping and tinted glass. The bumpers. all stainless trim. tail lights. and head lights. grill. gravel guards. rocker trim. door handle trim are all in excellent condition. The battery is mounted in trunk and is new. The only issues with this car are: the speedometer reads 15 mph faster. the fuel gauge is not working currently (it has a new fuel tank and fuel sender--may be bad ground?). and the "clicker" for the directional is broken but all lights work on the car. The car is painted black with pearl white on the top. This is not a show car. but way better than a driver. I would call it a 9 out of 10.
