Chevrolet Chevelle 1970 Description

I'll try and provide as much detail as possible:
General:
Originally equipped as a 350HP 396 with M20 Muncie 4-Speed, Non-AC, Non-Cowl Induction, the Standard SS items (disc brakes, F41 suspension, etc.), Forest Green with Dark Green Interior car...yeah, it was the 70's! Car spent all of its life in the South until I bought it a couple of years ago, which I think is what helped the rust situation from being so much worse. This car is a great candidate for a vintage (old school) muscle car (who says it has to be a 396?), Restoration, of maybe even Resto-Mod. Just think about how many Chevelles with SS badging there are out there are out there vs. the real deal. I simply have too many irons in the fire and one of the car projects has to go...
The Good:
This car is a true SS and NOT A CLONE, so it will be worth twice as much as a clone with SS badging. I have looked this car over and all of the tell-tale SS items are there correct unmolested gauges, factory frame braces, etc. The car originally had a 3:31 12-Bolt open diff., but appears to have a 1971 housing now (warranty)? While the car was not originally a ZL2 car, it does have a correct 3-piece cowl hood (very hard to find) in pretty good shape (not perfect, but I was going to use it), with NEW flapper door, canister, hardware, etc. The FRAME, floors, underside of the rockers, door jambs, wheelhouses, and cowl appear solid. The doors, fender, and radiator support (slight dent - probably from engine removal) are easily repairable. Except for the windshield the glass appears good (but not show quality). The console needs painted (around the chrome center), but otherwise is excellent. The car also comes with NEW dash, SS emblems, Hood Pins, Cowl Trim. I also have a correct 1970 Distributor (turns freely) which still has the point cover. The original M20 Driveshaft is included. If the Buy It Now price is met, I will include a rebuilt 12-Bolt Posi carrier with 3:31's.
The Bad (needs):
Center Section of Trunk, Quarters patched, Tail Panel replaced, Trunk Lid replaced, Rust repair around Rear Window, Small rust repair around Windshield, Right Fender missing, Windshield broken, Interior work and seats recovered (good frames and seat backs), Bumpers, Trim replaced (if you want show quality), Drivetrain, etc.
I have lots more pictures, but limited to 24 on the listing. Ask me a question and I'll get you an answer as soon as I can. Thanks for looking.

On Jun-17-16 at 09:59:48 PDT, seller added the following information:

SINCE THE RESERVE PRICE WAS MET, THE BUY IT NOW PRICE WENT AWAY FROM THE SCREEN, SO I NEED TO EDIT THE COMMENT ABOUT THE INCLUSION OF THE 12-BOLT POSI CARRIER AND 3:31 GEARS... IF THE PRICE REACHES $7,500 (THE ORIGINAL BUY IT NOW PRICE) THEN I WILL INCLUDE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE THESE ITEMS... IF NOT, THEN THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SALE OF THIS AUCTION.
