Chevrolet Other Pickups 1948 Description

This truck was fully restored the back in the 90s the owner was injured and could not drive the truck so it sat for 12 years. This truck is powered by a Big Block Chevy 427 tall deck with steel crank and flat top pistons and a mild hipo grind cam and oval port heads a new edelbrock carb and, moroso dist. power is then pushed through the 700r4 tranny with stock lock up converter and auxiliary coolers installed and out the ford 9" with a 4 pinion 3.55 gears. and power disc up front. everything works on this truck wipers all lights even the emergency break. body is very good a few spots have some paint blisters. The rear fenders are fiberglass. The front is a straight axle that has a 4" drop done by sure drop. Has power steering as well. The truck goes great down the highway 90 MPH with no problems. The truck dose have a tick on startup it goes away after it warms up . Thinking its a bad lifter from sitting. I have been driving the truck for the last few weeks its a blast with tons of complements. looking to sell may even consider partial trades, No Bikes or Boats ASK ANY QUESTIONS WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW OR ANY OTHER PICS.
