Dodge Charger 1966 Description
Dodge 426 Hemi Charger. This is an original 1966 brite red with black interior 426 Hemi charger which I have owned for 20 years.Correct 426 hemi VIN, Fender Tag and matching numbers on the radiator support. The motor was rebuilt by Ray Barton and is bored and stroked to 528ci, dynoed at 620hp. Stock dual plane intake with dual 4Barrel CarterCarbs. This hemi charger is very fast. The motor has approx. 2500 miles on it. I built this charger to be a driver not a trailer queen and can be driven anywhere. Optioned with Power steering and Power brakes. Upgraded front to disc brakes, dual master cylinder for safety. Most front end parts were replaced. I have all the receipts. The car was totally stripped and painted to its original brite red with black pin stripe 15 years ago and looks perfect. It has a rebuilt torque flite 3 speed transmission with 3000 stall converter; manual cheetah valve body with 373 posi rear. Replaced shocks and leaf springs. Custom 15 inch steel rims that accept the stock 14 inch hub caps to keep looking stock. TTI Headers with full 3 inch exhaust. New 5/8 fuel line and 1/2 return. Clay Smith Hi volume mechanical fuel pump. Re-cored correct hemi radiator. Too much to list.Send email for more information and pictures. Hagerty valuation report lists at average 83,900 in #3 condition. Pick up or I can arrange shipping. 2,000 dollar deposit required within2 days
