Dodge Ram 2500 1994 Description
1994 Dodge Ram Laramie SLT two wheel drive 2500 with a 12 valve Cummins. Brilliant blue pearl coat with Silver Star metallicclear coat. No peeling clear coat or faded paint on this truck. This is a one owner truck (actually it was bought by a family member out of the estate for a short time then sold) with a pile of receipts from day one. Very well maintained and taken care of with the documentation to prove it. Engine runs strong and has no blow by. It does have a K&N air filter in the factory air box. Other than that it's unmolested. Transmission shifts like it should (rebuilt with paperwork). It has the following options: PS, PB, PW, PDL, Tilt, Cruise, Auto, Infinity radio, sliding rear window, 3.55 gear, SLT. An electric trailer brake controller and CB radio were also added. Truck is in excellent condition and runs and drives like it should. Everything works including the cruise control. The Infinity radio gets static in it sometimes but usually comes out of it after a while, not sure what is causing that. Topper, running boards, and bed liner were put on when the truck was practically new. The truck has a sliding rear window and the topper has a sliding front window so you can access the topper thru the cab. Thereis factory behind the seat storage with a full widthtray on the floor and adjustable trayson both sideson the cab back wall. The dash has a cover on it but there are NO cracks in the dash. Seats are not torn, no burns, and the console lid vinyl is not worn, the foam where your arm could rest is indented but the vinyl does not sag into the depression. Headliner is not sagging. Tires have lots of life left in them. The chrome wheels are not rusted or pitted in any way. I can only find two spots with rust, under the bottom of the drivers door where the outer door skin is folded (pic) to the inside, and the bottom of the drivers front fender. This is probably as close as you can get to a rust free Illinois truck that has spent its life in Southern Illinois. There a few little door dings and a couple of spots touched up on the bed. I'd say this truck is a 9 out of 10 inside and out. The condition of the truck along with the documentation from day one make this a rare find. If you know anything about 12 valves you know low mileage (146,672) ones are getting hard to find, and even harder to find in a nice truck. This is a true "Grandpa's" truck and it has the paperwork to back it up, even a fuel fill up log from day one!! I can take additional pictures if there's something you want. Just took it on a 700 mile trip and worked great.Truck is in dealer inventory. There is no warranty of any kind on this used truck. Buyer may be responsible for sales tax in Illinois depending on their state.
