This is a 1994 single cab, ong bed 2WD manual, 88,000 miles. This is a very nice truck with no outstanding issues. I have meticulously maintained it in the 5 years I have owned it, nd I have records for nearly everything I've done. The diesel engine runs excellent and builds boost very fast, hanks to the upgraded injectors. The injection pump is tuned to make significantly more power than stock without excessive smoke.
The interior has extra sound insulation installed on the floor, aking this truck quieter than its competition of the same age. It is actually pretty quiet. The loudest thing you'll hear in the cab is the whooshing air sound from the HVAC on high.
Fuel system: New fuel hose, ew fuel pump, nd new Tork Tek adjustable overflow valve. Prefilter elbow hose, creen, nd gasket replaced.
Engine: 60lb heavy duty valve springs on all 12 valves, ew front and rear main seals, ew valve cover gaskets. KDP tabbed. Water pump, ccessory belt, nd upper radiator hose replaced. The stock muffler was replaced with a bypass pipe. Upgraded air filter.
Fueling: 4k governor spring kit, x.016 Diesel Auto Power injectors, pgraded AFC spring. Timing advanced by 2 degrees to 14.5 BTDC.
Front suspension: new Moog ball joints, oog tie rod ends and pitman arm, oog springs, nd Moog upper control arm bushings
Transmission: The stock 12.25" clutch will not hold the upgraded torque of this engine, o it has an upgraded South Bend 13125-OFEK 13" clutch and flywheel.
Tires: Michelin LTX ms/2 245/75R16, rated, nstalled at 277,700 miles. Full warranty by Discount tire.
Engine electrical: Pair of batteries 5 years old, till strong. OEM starter rebuilt with new brushes and Geno's Garage upgraded contact kit.
Paint: Rustoleum single stage. Roll-in bedliner. The paint is nice, ut it does have blemishes and this is not a show truck. It used to be blue, ut the poor condition of the original paint warranted stripping the truck down to the metal, hen properly recoating it with epoxy primer. If you check out the vehicle history report, ou will see that it spent most of its life as a service truck in the DFW area. As such, t has been away from road salt or sea salt, nd has no rust.
The biggest issues I can think of would be that there is some grey primer overspray on the steering wheel, he wif sensor leads are missing, he dashboard support structure shows damage just above the glove box, nd the window tint shows some wear near the back of the door windows.
This truck was in a front end collision before I bought it. It was repaired before I purchased the truck and no issues remain.
The A/C is frosty and the heat is hot.
This truck also has a block heater, Kelsey trailer brake controller, nd gauges for EGT, oost, nd fuel pressure. It has a locking fuel cap. It is equipped with power windows, ower locks, nd a compass/thermometer module. Cruise control works. Seats are very clean. Dash top has been replaced. The steering wheel is recovered with supple leather - it feels great to hold this steering wheel.
The bumper is custom fabricated and is removable - not welded on. The driving lights are controlled by the first toggle switch on the dash. the rest of the switches are ready to wire to an accessory.
All fluids have been changed while I've had it, ince 263,000 miles. Amsoil GL-4 in the transmission, ythentic lube in the axle. Oil change and fuel filter change were just performed at 287,897 miles. I am continuing to drive this truck until it sells.
