Dodge Other 1932 Description
This a 1932 dodge coupe, which in my opinion has the best looking windshield opening and roof line of any of the 32 year coupes, this is one bad chicken.. how many dodge brothers coupes do ya see.. not many, its rare and I bet yer neighbor doesn't have one. they might have a ford but who cares, they made a half a billion of them. this rare coupe body sits on a 1970's ifs chassis with rack and pinion steering.. body has been secured to custom sill plates which sit very nicely on the frame. needs extensive body panel replacement in the trunk and floorboards which will require a professional fabricator, or at least someone with some experience in the fiel. nbsp;unless you plan to ratrod it in which case your dad can probably figure it out. a lot of the hard work fabricating the foundation to fasten the cars body to its frame has been done by a professional with many years experience, so it is on there straight and square, and it should be very easy to fabricate or use replacement trunk walls, inner fender wells and floorboards. these cars are extremely hard to find anymore and anyone who doesn't see the value in this all steel prewar coupe body with suicide doors should be looking for cars of a different era. comes with two doors but no trunk lid. bid with confidence that it will sell, there is a reserve but it is low and was only set in case the whole world went full retard in which case I will keep it :) this is a chance to build an actual 3 window coupe, . how many people do ya think get to do that these days?? maybe a handful? how many could be left that aren't already built and worth $30, 00-$50, 00, people have been snatchin up everyone of these that were available since the 50's so im guessing theres not many left available to restore.. this the first one that's ever been available to me as an entry level priced project in 20 yrs..this body also has two different body identification tags with legible numbers as shown in the pics.. one is inside the passenger side door jamb and the other on the front face of the firewall. the winner of this bid will not be disappointed. good luck and happy bidding. any questions 3one55two01six7six Jason, also I have a trailer and could possibly deliver if its somewhere around a 1000 miles or less at a rate per mile agreed upon before the end of bidding. message me about shipping before you bid unless you plan on providing your own, if you have a truck come pick it up they will not be able to drive it onto a car hauler so often times it costs quite a bit more, that's why I offer the service with cars such as this, plus I will save you money. thanx for your interest in this old piece of history, now lets get it back on the road. :)On May-19-15 at 12:57:46 PDT, seller added the following information:I STAND CORRECTED THIS IS MORE LIKELY A 32 PLYMOUTH NOT A DODGE, ALSO THE ONLY PARTS I HAVE THAT ARE NOT LISTED ARE FRONT FENDERS...
