Dodge Stealth 1993 Description
Condition: The car is in very good condition. It was garage kept and treated like royalty. Mechanically it is very sound. It starts on the first key turn. The engine purrs. The transmission shifts very smooth - it was overhauled in 2008. The tires are hardly used. The A/C blows cold air. It has a new battery. The brakes are fine no squeaking or grinding. It has no visible leaks. It was very well maintained by the owner. The original color of the car was jet black. The black can be seen on the insides of the door frames and around the inside part of the trunk. The car does have an after market alarm. The interior of the car is custom. The owner made modification for it to be used as a stereo and neon show car. There are wires fuses and and electrical additions. I do not know how it is all wired. The back has a battery built in to run equipment. There are also modifications for speakers and such. The most noticeable changes are behind the rear passenger's seats and in the trunk. The pictures try to show the changes. Currently it has no radio. The seats dash and carpet are good. There have been modifications a lot of the cloth in the car to make it purple. The pictures show this. The material used is a soft velvety type. There is a lot of custom purple in the interior. The pictures try to show all of the changes. The purple material used is a soft velvety type. There are also a few random purple things that might have been used for speakers or something. Those will be included with the car. Features: The car has some modifications but I am not sure everything that has been changed. I do know the tires are custom tires and I do NOT have the original tires. As for the rest of the changes there are a lot of electrical additions and modifications to run stereo and neon equipment. History: The car was purchased in the late 90's from a dealer in Columbus OH. Since that time it was owned by the same person. That owner had a neon and stereo shop in Columbus. He used the car as a demo to show off his products and compete in shows. A few years ago the owner fell ill and he recently passed away. I purchased the car from the estate. I am moving so I cannot keep the car. I have only had it for a few months but I have not had any issues with it. The odometer on the car reads 81787. The car title says it has 83000. The difference is because the estate of the previous owner put the wrong mileage when the title was transferred into my name. The difference was realized after the title was signed. Since the owner had passed away to change the title to the correct mileage we would have had to go to court. Basically the title lists the car as having 1200 more miles than it actually has on it. Email if you have any questions about this. Shipping and Payment: A $500 (nonrefundable) deposit is due through Paypal within 2 days of the auction closing. The remaining balance cash or other verifiable payment can be paid when the car is picked up within 7 days of the auction closing. In Ohio the title has to be signed by the new owner and notarized. The notarization will take place at the bank. Before the title is signed all funds will be verified through the bank. If you are interested in shipping the car please contact me BEFORE bidding so we can discuss possible arrangements.
