Dodge Dart 1968 Description

Dodge L023 Hemi Dart clone. This is a project offered by Mosher's Muscle Car Motors in "as is" condition, ready to continue restoration project that is currently scheduled to continue in the shop. This project includes approximately $24,900 in parts many hard to find including an older Mopar Performance siamese bore machined 426 Hemi block, original steel bell housing, A833 18 spline trans, genuine Super Stock distributor with genuine Jones Motorola tach, correct new in box Holley carbs, genuine Bendix two-piston front disk brakes, genuine Hurst shifter with lock out reverse, custom steel wheels and Team III mags, etc. This project started out a s a nice rust free California Dart 270 model. Paint and body work has been completed, project now wears an original 68-70 JJ-1 metallic gold paint color scheme with correct black engine compartment, door jambs and trunk compartment. This project is currently set up to run a four-speed manual transmission. The body work, paint, and most of the sub-assembly work is done, ready for the drive-train and interior to make this truly one of the nicest Hemi Dart clones out there once finished.
